"Magic Things"
A Writer Residency with Phil Carradice

This was a whole school project. However, the bulk of the work shown here is by Year 4 children as it was they who helped document the project on the "Residencies in Action" CD Rom with Alastair Duncan.

To introduce the children and familiarise them with Mr. Phil Carradice, a pleasant and interesting poetry session was organised.

The children were asked to write what they were afraid of and why. They were then instructed by Phil as how to organise their writing. The children thoroughly enjoyed the task and have produced outstanding results.
